Description
Scotch Bonnets are globular in shape and grow to about 5cm long as well as wide. They are very hot but have lovely sweet flavour and are best used in sauces and salsas. Like the Jamaican Yellow they are particularly good for jerk seasoning and barbecue marinades. They are good for freezing or added to oil.
