Aji Fantasy
The Aji Fantasy chilli is a modern variety, its pods are small to medium, lantern-shaped or squat “hat-like” forms, typically 4–6 cm long. They ripen from green to a bright lemon-yellow, creamy white.
Their mild heat and fruity flavour make them suitable for both raw and cooked dishes, adding bright citrus notes.
Aji Fantasy chilies have a distinctive fruity, citrus-forward flavour with hints of tropical sweetness, making them ideal for enhancing dishes without overwhelming heat
The heat level typically ranges between 5,000 and 10,000 Scoville Heat Units (SHU),
similar to a jalapeño or the mildest serrano chillies, enough to add spice but remain palatable for most customers.
