Poblano per 100g

The Poblano is a large Mexican Chilli extensively used in Mexican cooking. The fruits can be 15cm long and are traditionally stuffed with meat, rice or vegetables and then baked. The fruits can be dried to make ‘Ancho’s’ another common ingredient in Mexican dishes.
