Description
Padron are small conical chillies, that can grow to about 10cm long and have a slightly crinkled appearance. They are traditionally picked when green and sweet before they have any real heat. They are mainly eaten after being fried in a little olive oil and sprinkled with sea salt and are mostly use as part of Spanish tapas.
