Description
Jamaican Yellow: Jamaican Yellows are bell shaped chillies that can grow up to 5cm in diameter with a crumpled skin they are ideal for a wide variety of Caribbean dishes and very good for hot salsas, sauces and in particular jerk seasoning that is rubbed onto meat such as chicken or pork. Great for barbecue marinades as well. They have an aroma similar to that of a bell pepper, with a fruity citrusy flavour and lasting heat. Good for freezing.
