I had a sample of this hot sauce and I can say that this is truly amazing! My initial thought was “This taste like a sweet tomato ketchup” followed up by a decent kick of heat, nothing too hot but not too mild either, then it changes to a sweet barbecue sauce flavour and finally changes to a rich smoky flavour. I have never tasted anything quite like it in a single sauce. I HIGHLY recommend this sauce and I buy a lot of hot sauces!
